About Takt Time
We know that changing peoples' style of managing and controlling workflow can be sometimes challenging in traditional ways, so we help customers carefully to implement takt time construction successfully.

Takt time is simple concept, but getting your habits and problem solving skills adjusted to it takes a little bit of time. We are not interested in showing full day courses of slides and be done with it, because we all know that people in construction business are mostly at-hand personalities.

What we do
We provide support throughout the whole project from tendering phase to the finish. We help the managers and workers at worksite to learn the takt in action and get them acquainted to the takt time theory and enabling it in practice.

Our consultants have hundreds of projects' experience with takt and have excellent knowledge with different types of projects starting from small renovations to huge hospitals and hotels. Takt is very easy to learn in theory, but it takes little bit of practice to understand how to do it in the worksite.
Scheduling
Best time to start implementing takt time is to do it before you make a tender. Second best time is before you acquire contractors to the project. We will help you to make takt time schedules for your project when offering them so you can get competitive advantage and understand the possibilites of takt workflow.

After getting contractors signed we get them to help us improve the takt time schedule to make it workable. In these workshops we investigate workers' resources, find out the best way to make everybody commit to the takt schedlue and help them understand their roles and workloads.

We provide guidelines for the routines of takt production by onboarding the people on worksites, from managers to tradesmen. Main focus is to get everybody committed to takt time by getting them involved in the scheduling processs before project starts. Mestamaster's software takes minimal amount of time training and users can focus on their works tasks and attending the huddles.
