Heavy renovationLujatalo renovated whole floors of HUS Hyvinkää hospital on takt, across both phases of internal construction. The takt was five days during the early heavy work and 2.5 days in the later construction phase. Only demolition was left outside it. 63 takts ran across 40 takt areas over 29 months.

New buildHartela built an elderly care rental building at Lintulammentie in Oulu, with business premises and shared spaces on the lower floors. The interior phase ran on a one-week takt, as Hartela's pilot with the method. 18 takts covered 14 takt areas and 79 apartments in 5 months, and the project finished on time.

New buildTencon built 119 rental apartments at Henttaa Puistokatu in Espoo, in a block with four staircases and underground parking. Hospital renovationLujatalo built temporary hospital facilities for the Päijät-Häme healthcare region on a one-week takt, with 600 tasks tracked in Mestamaster. The site ran 34 takts across 15 takt areas over eight months and handed the hospital over with zero defects.
