Plumbing renovation

Plumbing renovation to 70s element concrete apartment building. The project consisted of renewal of sewage and fresh water lines, new surfaces and and water proofing to bathrooms. The walls were also redone because the old metal elements bathrooms were removed.

Hotel renovation

Complete renewal of the surfaces of hotel rooms and the bathrooms. The goal was to minimise the amount of time rooms were out of use. With Mestamaster and Takt time project duration was cut by 36%.

Heavy renovation

The project was a heavy renovation on City of Helsinki rental apartments in Laajasalo. The renovation included the interior of the building, HVAC, roof, façade and courtyards. Of these works, the work inside the apartments was carried out using takt.

Residential building construction

The project was new apartment building in Oulu, Finland, that's purpose was an elderly care rental building, that was completed on time despite work absences due to COVID19 epidemic.

Hospital heavy renovation

In the Naistenklinikka hospital project, takt was used for the assembly of the patient rooms, including the corridors and most of the technical building works. The takt period was 2.5 days and the takt area is about one seventh of a floor (150m2).
